「旭日茶苑」是一間強調「慢活、放鬆、個性、復古」的復古茶館，是由過去的玻璃工廠所改建而成 店內裝潢、餐具仍保留許多當時的時代記憶。 - 該品牌名稱「旭日」意思是美好的一天，諧音同於「敘日」，品牌核心精神為提供相前來的顧客一個 緬懷敘舊、放鬆談笑的用餐體驗，除了賦予它較為懷舊復古的視覺表現，並將它設計成較為「懷舊、 親切、輕鬆、文青」的品牌形象。
